Order Processing Time

After your purchase is completed, we will confirm and pack your order within 72 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is around 5 business days. Please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and local courier delays.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the tracking platform.
You can track your shipment by entering your tracking number to view the latest delivery updates.

Shipping Address Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once the package is handed over to the courier, delivery times and handling are outside our control.
If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or shows delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us and we will assist you in contacting the carrier.

International Orders

**PLEASE NOTE - If you are ordering from locations other than the United Kingdom, you may be subjected to import fees depending on your countries laws. The buyer will be responsible for paying any fees incurred from their package delivery.
